RECENT PROJECT

48,000 Vaseline Products Repacked for Retail

Vaseline Jelly from a previous project

Greuter Copacking repacked 48,000 Vaseline products from 144-unit cases into new 24-unit cases for retail distribution, including box sourcing and barcode label printing.

From 144-Unit Cases to Retail-Ready 24-Packs

The Vaseline products were originally packed in large cases containing 144 units. This configuration was too large for practical distribution to individual retail stores, where smaller quantities were required.

Greuter Copacking sourced the new outer cases, printed the required barcode labels and repacked all 48,000 units into cases of 24, creating a more practical configuration for retail distribution.

Changing the Case Configuration for Retail

The project combined relabeling and repacking to convert bulk stock into a case configuration better suited to retail distribution.

Unpack & Repack

Label & Prepare for Distribution

The new 24-unit outer cases were sourced and the required barcode labels prepared in-house.

Products were removed from the original 144-unit cases and repacked into new cases containing 24 units each.

The new outer cases were labeled with the required barcodes and prepared for onward retail distribution.

Repacking Existing Stock for Retail

Products do not always arrive in the case configuration required for retail distribution. We can source new packaging, print case labels and repack existing FMCG stock into the required quantities and configurations.
